Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms govern purchases on WatsonPharmatech Shop operated by WatsonPharmatech LTD. By placing an order you accept these Terms and confirm you are 18+ and purchasing for lawful research or personal use as stated on each product page.

2. Products

Products are GMP-certified research-grade compounds unless otherwise stated. They are not approved medicines. Product descriptions, COA availability, and WatsonVerify batch codes are provided for authenticity verification.

3. Orders & Pricing

• Prices in EUR include VAT where applicable
• Order confirmation email constitutes contract acceptance
• We may refuse or cancel orders in case of stock errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud

4. Payment & Delivery

Payment via Stripe (Visa/Mastercard). EU delivery 3–10 business days. Free shipping over €150; otherwise €12 flat rate. Cold-chain products shipped with validated packaging.

5. Returns & Withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days for unopened goods. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Contact [email protected] to initiate a return.

6. Liability

We are liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Products are sold for research purposes; misuse is the buyer's responsibility. Finnish law applies; disputes resolved in Espoo courts where permitted.
